Customer Support Executive-Female (Chennai)

Role: Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate With the Resort Manger and help in daily activities
Handle calls from the guests and rectify their queries
Prepare daily reports on bookings
Guide guests in room bookings
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good Communication Skills
Quick Learning Skills
Knowledge about Customer Service
Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Location: Chennai

Office Timings: 10:00 AM-6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,500.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
