Job Description:1. Timely deployment of business application while maintaining optimum quality 2. Accountable for overall integrity and coherence of the program 3. Participate and contribute in the effective solution definition and architecture design finalization of systems in scope that the incumbent is responsible for. 4. Provide inputs to Operations team for building business processes and contribute in terms of improving & automating them with an intent to reduce TATs and SLAs. 5. Suggest implementable ideas and recommend improvements on processes, and tech adoption. 6. Defining the individual program governance arrangements. 7. Management of the program budget and spend. 8. Resource allocation and talent management. 9. Supplier management
