Hiring for Secretary in Chennai, for Exp. 3 - 4 yrs at KPMG., in Chennai (Chennai Job)

Job Description:Roles and Responsibilities An identified candidate is expected to do below tasks Maintain diaries, calendar and managing itinerary Support on filling time sheets/expenses/Amex payments and follow up on payments Schedule and manage logistics for internal/external meetings Organize documents like passport, cards and industry memberships to keep them active Assisting in KICS related compliance if required Follow up on meeting action items and circulate reports Function specific support during peak season for eg. FORM 3CB filing, Tax completion memos etc Maintain contact list of clients and database of key contacts Support with ticketing, visa and stay arrangements for official travel Providing approvals on behalf of Partner/Director related to Converge/Rekonnect processes or any ad-hoc requests Have a clear understanding of all policies including expense limits, notice period etc.. Good understanding to time zones, currency conversion, hotels and connects in other KPMG offices Desired Candidate Graduate from non-science background 3-4 years of experience in similar profile
