Regional Manager
Control and coordination in respect of MIS /budgeting/ accounts Data/stat compl and commercials activities between all the stores/Region offices/Corporate for the entire South.
Control over Accounts --- Ensuring proper reconciliation of cash and bank collection vis-a-vis the sales happening in the region.
--- Ensuring that all payments requests are getting correctly prepared and authorised
--- Ensuring proper authorisation of cash vouchers.
--- Verification and checking of various daily/ monthly MIS reports
--- Ensuring control over the regional cash and bank balances
--- Control over opex (Operational Expenses) and finding out ways means of optimising the same
--- Ensuring all statutory compliances
--- Oversee physical stock verification every quarter.
--- Control over recoverables (Sales Promo, Incentives etc). Correctly evaluating the recoverable and reporting the same with the help of merchandisers and IT
--- Handling internal audits and taking corrective action.
--- Handling Statutory/internal & Sales Tax Audit if required.
--- Ensuring updation of books of accounts.
-- Ensuring and instituting proper control mechanism in the ware houses in respect -

NRGP raised and physical return of NRGP
---- Ensuring frequent Store/warehouse Audit
4 to 5 yrs of exp. (prefarably with retail back ground). Must be able to handle a team of minimum 4 to 5 members. The commercial head of each state in the south will report to this position
Educational Qualification can ideally a B.Com M Com mix.
