CCNA, CCVP certifications are required.

Must have worked in Cisco UCC environment for a minimum period of two years+.

Must be able to implement a UCC network, given a design document and customer requirements.

Must be able to troubleshoot UCC networks.

Has good communication and customer facing skills. Must be having 6-8 years of overall experience.

Must have good knowledge of Cisco UCC product line and technology.
