The proposed 3450 square feet guesthouse is located along the ECR, Beach side, road facing and is an ideal place to sit back and concentrate on work, a family or corporate weekend or just sit back and relax, enjoying the cool breeze from the beach that is not more than five hundred meters away. The guesthouse is two storied plus a terrace and balcony with a clear view of the beach, less than 500 meters to the toll plaza, other side of which is the entertainment zone of south Chennai.
The house has luxurious interiors and an Asian Garden type architecture that brings about immaculate aesthetics from outside. The garden is covered with lawn and shrubs that bring about the perfect look as we pass the well crafted wooden gate and enter the spacious car park. The parking lights are made up of plastic fibre that is not easily breakable. Sewer pit provision is made for sanitary purpose and a loo for servant/ watchman is provided at one corner.
As we enter the finely carved teakwood entrance doorway, a spacious, fully furnished living room with some simple and neat artefacts and a chandelier is at immediate vicinity. The wall design and painting by professionals is not short of perfection again. Next is the modular kitchen with an attached dining; the wash is modern glassware with an ideal mirror and a lamp to go with it. Most part of the house is fitted with CFL lamps to save plenty on energy costs and also provide a better lighting than a normal tube light.
A spacious master bedroom is on the other side of the living room. There are three other bedrooms on the first floor. All four bedrooms are fully furnished with telephone jack, wooden cupboards, dressing table and independent toilets with attached bath, three of which are spacious, fitted with spilt Air-conditioners. There is a lounge in the first floor, a perfect place to enjoy the beach breeze; what else can be more satisfying than a swing in the middle of it!
The spacious open terrace gives an idea of 2000 square feet of built area of the house. One side of the terrace is the scenic East Coast Road itself and the Bay of Bengal is visible on the other side. The overhead tank fills up in a jiffy drawing the crystal clear ground water that is plenty around the area. The bungalow surpasses comfort with its luxury and aesthetics; photos of which are attached with this.
