hi...am a doctor.completed my MBBS & now preparing for my Post Graduation.for this purpose i need a PG stay urgently as my classes starts from april 1.

preferably anannagar- around chinthamani (i hav 2 use speed library daily for my preperation purposes which is there in chinthamani) or kilpauk or somewhere around.

i expect the place should be clean,quiet,with a homely environment with A/C. no sharing pls. i want to stay alone.i will be happy if the owner stays in the house & giving me a portion.as this will give a homely feeling.

what else....as usual, copious water supply,attached bath room,atleast cot provided,a two wheeler parking space,nothing more. rent flexible.brokers pls excuse!

i assure u that i wont annoy u much coz i will use this place sparingly as i hav 2 dwell in d library for almost 12-14 Hrs daily.
