It is characterised by high-quality academic, educational, fiction and non-fiction publishing in many forms: educational course materials, science, technology and medicine, college textbooks, dictionaries, monographs and reference materials

Publishing companies


1. Identify publishing opportunities by interacting with various knowledge based professionals including professors and Deans of colleges and Universities.Assess the marketability and the time to market required for the finished works. Consolidate the opportunities identified and coordinate with the National editorial team to bring out the books within the shortest time to market.


2. Coordinate with trade partners to ensure prominent display of the books and the sale of the same. Also, maintain good relationship with the traders to be able to get the maximum rack space and wallet space. 


3. Ensure timely delivery of orders to the end customer whether a college/Unversity or a trade partner. Coordinate with logistics and take appropriate steps to ensur that stocks are arranged to ensure delivery within 48 hours from the date of billing.


4. Ensure collection of dues within the approved credit timeline. Ensure that the debtors ar not allowed to cross the 180 days mark at the maximum.


6. Continuously update the information on competition titles, their best sellers, market happening etc and share the same with all the relevant sake holders within the organization to enable robust strategy to gain over competition.


7. Achieve targets on all the above parameters as laid down from time to time and revert to the relevant authorities with update and report on the gap between target and achievement and the plan to correct the same.
